Anushka Sharma was born on 1 May 1988 is an Indian actress and former fashion model, appearing in Hindi films. In 2008 she was signed by Aditya Chopra for a contract of three films and made his screen debut in Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Later, she received recognition for his role in the Gaza Shruti Kakkar Baaja Baaraat (2010). Both films brought him a Best Actress nomination at the Filmfare Awards at the ceremony.
